Nancy L. Peckham, President, CEO and Founder
Nancy began her career in telecommunications in 1983 as an Account Executive with Republic Telcom, a regional long distance carrier. She was named District Sales Manager for the Wisconsin region in 1987 when Republic Telcom was acquired by Mid American Communications.

Nancy recognized a need for independent objective telecommunications consulting that led to her founding Visicom. Since its launch in 1991, Visicom has grown to a company of more than 25 professionals and serves enterprise clients in a variety of industries across the U.S.

Nancy earned a bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She founded and served as President of the Telecommunications Professionals of Wisconsin (TPW) from 1989-1992. She was Executive Vice President and Vice President on the Board of Directors of the Society of Telecommunications Consultants (STC). Nancy is also a founding member and Executive Council Chair of the Independent Telecommunications Expense Management (I-TEM) Association.

J. Jeffery Poirior, Vice President - Operations
Jeff brings 25 years of Telecommunications and Information Technology management experience in voice and data networking, server support, telephony and security, with a significant emphasis on customer service. Prior to joining Visicom, he was Chief of the Infrastructure Support Section for the Wisconsin Department of Transportation.

Jeff was the Vice President of Operations for CC&N, overseeing telecommunications, help desk, data and desk side support services. Prior to that, he served as the Associate Director of Technical Resources for Covance, responsible for managing systems and network operations supporting 1700 users in Wisconsin and Virginia. He has also led Data Center operations at Magnetek Electric, supporting mainframe systems, client/server applications, telephony systems, and computer-aided design. Jeff is a past board member of the Wisconsin Telecommunication Association.

Jeff holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Cardinal Stritch University and a master's degree in Business Administration from University of Phoenix.

Kirk R. Hegna, Chief Financial Officer
Prior to joining Visicom, Kirk served as President and CFO of ProcessWorks, Inc. He engaged the management team in the results of the business and its culture, driving record results in 2005 and 2006.

As President and CFO of CC&N, Kirk successfully led a highly leveraged ESOP organization through difficult economic times with his innovative leadership style. During his tenure, revenues grew from $5 million to $30 million and company value grew 300%.

Kirk graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater with a degree in Accounting and became a CPA in 1990.
