Independent Telecom Expense Management (I-TEM) Association

The Independent Telecommunications Expense Management Association is comprised of TEM providers who have no financial relationships with any carriers. The association members only derive fees from clients, and work to provide services and solutions that are always in the best interest of those clients.

- Develop and promulgate a clear definition of the term "Telecommunications Expense Management" to the marketplace and do so for the exclusive benefit of its members and their end-users.
